Welcome you to Lifespan Therapy Group. We offer the opportunity to develop insight into your emotional patterns, connect with your values and develop skills to achieve the outcomes you want. We approach therapy with empathy, compassion and a mix of collaboration and down-to-earth style. We use your reasons for coming to therapy to foster value-based action in your life. Shannon and Jeff have been serving our North County community for 15+ years. We raised our family here and have stayed to extend that circle of support to our community. Lifespan Therapy Group was created to provide all of your therapeutic needs through one door. We look forward to providing you with the highest quality care. The information presented here reflects all therapists at Lifespan Therapy Group. We do offer evening appointments. Saturdays are available by request. *Julia Smith, AMFT158051 Associate Marriage and Family Therapist has experience working with children and teens and also welcomes college students, young adults, new couples, perinatal and postnatal parents. She is supervised by Shannon Nosenzo, LMFT42520. Julia is available Mondays and Thursdays 9am-12pm and 2-7pm, Tuesdays 9am-7pm, Wednesdays and Fridays 2pm-7pm and Saturdays by request. Julia accepts Aetna and BC/BS and her out of pocket fee is $120. *Jeff Goodman, LMFT44055 is a seasoned school-based therapist with 21+ years of licensed experience specializing in neurodiverse communities, educators, engineering and tech professionals. Jeff integrates music into his sessions. He is available Monday and Tuesday evenings 5pm-7pm and accepts Aetna and UHC. Out of pocket fee is $180. *Shannon Nosenzo, LMFT42520 is also a seasoned therapist with 21+ years of licensed experience across a variety of populations and concerns. She has specific interest in working with a variety relationships including ethnical non monogamy, men, older adults and Veterans. Shannon offers walk and talk nature based therapy on weekends by appointment only. Shannon accepts Kaiser, Triwest, Medicare and Community Health Group. Her out of pocket fee is $180.
